COURSE

​

-Exam will include 50 objective questions (written, multiple choice, true or false or fill-in-the-blank).

​

-All questions are taken from information contained in NRA's Hunters Guide, NRA Hunting Skills Handbook, New Mexico Hunter Education Student Manual, or the 2021- 2022 New Mexico Big Game Rules and Regulations.

​

-Participants must answer all test questions with no assistance from other participants, written materials or instructors.

​

-Students will have 60 minutes (one hour) to complete the test.

​

-There are no achievement levels in the Hunter Responsibility Exam. It is used as the primary tiebreaker for all events.

​

-The volunteers will ask, before the test is given out, if anyone would like the test read to them. It is the competitor’s responsibility to come forward so the test came be read to them.

NOTE: DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS THE HUNTER RESPONSIBILITY CHALLENGE EXAMINATION WILL BE GIVEN FRIDAY EVENING.
